Returning Florence by Mills Fashion x Delsey Paris Products
You may return your item(s) within 30 days from your shipping date.  All items must remain in their original condition and packaging. At this time we do not accept exchanges.

Follow the guided steps in the return portal to request your return. Please be sure that the items included in your return match the items initiated on your RMA.  Once your return has been created, you will have the opportunity to print a prepaid shipping label.  Please drop off your package at any FedEx location using the provided label.

While you may process a return at the link above, please note Delsey Paris items must have a separate return label than your Florence by Mills Fashion items.  If a Delsey Paris item is returned in the same package as your Florence By Mills Fashion items, a refund will not be issued on those products.  All Delsey Paris merchandise must be returned separately.
