Registering your Product
It is recommended  to register your luggage at: https://warranty.delsey.com/. If you encounter any difficulties accessing this page or encounter an error message, please consider trying an alternative browser or computer.

Be sure to have your receipt ready (scanned or photographed with your smartphone). Additionally, locate the white tag sewn along the interior lining inside your case. The item number and control number needed for registration will be printed on this tag. The item number is on the first line, and the control number is on the second line.

If you can't find this tag in your case, obtain the item number from the back of your hangtag that came with your product. 

For the control number, input "DL(month of purchase) (year of purchase)." For instance, if the case was purchased in June 2021, enter "DL0621."

Complete the form fields, upload the receipt, and click "Send" to complete your registration.


Locate Your Warranty Information
Your product warranty details can be found on the product labeling, hangtag, and accompanying documentation. Look for information regarding the Warranty Period, which varies depending on the product.

Warranty Periods

  • 10-Year Limited Warranty for Wheels, Zippers, Extension, and Carrying Handles.
  • 5-Year Limited Warranty for Wheels, Zippers, Extension, and Carrying Handles.
  • 2-Year Limited Warranty for defects impacting the functional performance of the product.


Initiating a Warranty Claim
