Domestic (US) Returns

Follow the steps at the portal to request your return. Please be sure that the items included in your return match the returns initiated on your RMA.  Once your return has been created, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label via email.  Please drop off your package at any FedEx location using the provided label.

International Returns

Visit our international returns portal to initiate a return. A pre-paid return shipping label will be emailed to you. Please note, the return label expires within 14 days of issue if unused. Using the provided label, visit your nearest DHL drop-off point to send your items back to us.

Pre-paid returns are subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund.
